Birthday Parties
XCA is an excellent place for a birthday party or sports event!  We provide a party staff host to help you with all the things you need.  You can play games, have theme events, bring in food or drink and have a blast with up to 20 kids.  More kids are welcome for just $5 each.  2-hour parties are available with a free 30 minute set-up time prior to the event.  Cost is $150.  Non-refundable $50 deposit is due at booking.  Parties available on Friday nights, Saturdays and Sundays.

To book a party online, view our Events Calendar Tab below.  Click on "Birthday Party" and choose the time slot and date you prefer.  Fill out the information and you will receive an e-mail confirmation.  If the date you would like is not available online, please EMAIL xcacheerkc@gmail.com and we will try to help you as best as we can!  Thank you!

The gym is available for cheer clinics, High School or Pop Warner team practices, parties, sports events and more!  Let us know if you're interested in reserving a time slot!  2-Hour sessions $100.
